We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support daily human resources operations. The ideal candidate will assist with employee documentation, onboarding, record maintenance, and act as a key point of contact for HR-related queries. This role requires strong organizational skills, confidentiality, and the ability to coordinate effectively with candidates and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Handle HR documentation, file management, and maintain accurate employee records.
Coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring and onboarding process.
Support end-to-end onboarding activities, including documentation and orientation scheduling.
Maintain and update employee information in the HRIS system.
Assist with benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and responding to employee queries.
Prepare and support HR documentation such as employment contracts, HR policies, and employee handbooks.
Help plan and execute employee engagement activities, events, and training programs.
Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR processes, policies, and procedures.
Ensure confidentiality and integrity while handling sensitive employee information.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in an HR support or coordination role (preferred).
Basic knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines effectively.
