Key Responsibilities:
?Document Handling, maintain record, Coordinate with candidate, file maintaining.
?Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation scheduling
?Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS system.
?Support benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and employee questions.
?Assist in preparing HR documents such as employment contracts, policies, and employee handbooks.
?Help plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, events, and training sessions.
?Handle confidential employee information with integrity and discretion.
?Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR processes and policies.
Qualifications:
?Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
?1-2 years of experience in an HR support role preferred.
?Knowledge of HR best practices and employment legislation.
?Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HR software (e.g., HRIS systems like BambooHR, Workday, etc.).
?Strong organizational and communication skills.
