Profile: Associate HR (On Contract) Salary: INR 15000/- to 20000/- Location: Kohinoor, Kirol Rd, Kurla West, Mumbai. Duration: 12 months Qualifications: Graduate/ Postgraduate (Preference would be given to MBA in HR) Skills: MS Office Other Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, Ambitious and willing to learn Responsibilities Communication Awareness: Help prepare and drive benefits-related communications, such as open enrollment and updates on benefit changes and support on other communications. Provide guidance and information to employees regarding benefit options, eligibility, and usage. Conduct benefits orientation sessions for new hires with employees, ensuring they understand available benefits and avail same. Wellness and Well-Being: Work on wellness programs that encompass both physical and mental wellness. Organize wellness and work on the overall wellness calendar covering various sessions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, health and safety, and medical experts, to design engaging and informative sessions. Mediclaim Coordination: Oversee the coordination and management of Mediclaim (health insurance) cases as necessary. Manage Mediclaim Addition/Deletion Automation of Benefits Act as a liaison between employees and the insurance provider to facilitate the processing of claims and resolve any issues that may arise. Collaborate with benefit plan vendors and third-party administrators to resolve employee inquiries, claims issues, and administrative concerns.
