• Manage payroll processes for multiple locations ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines/ SLAs
• Maintain and review payroll processing systems to ensure accuracy and compliance of payroll calculations including salaries, benefits, taxes, and other deductions.
• Adherence to maker-checker checklist, payroll validation checklist and SOPs
• Ensuring that the payroll systems are working as expected and in compliance with government laws, rules, and regulations
• Review and reconcile payroll reports (including statutory payments) and resolving any discrepancies
• Commitment to control, ensuring data/ information flow has gone through proper internal controls
• Address employee queries
• Maintaining employee master control files;
• Assist in providing data inputs needed for leadership reporting
• Assist in identifying manual and redundant payroll processes and exploring the ways of automating them
• Perform other duties as assigned.
