Job Title: HR Recruiter - Hospitality IndustryJob Summary

The HR Recruiter is responsible for end-to-end recruitment for hospitality operations, including coordination with recruitment consultancies, effective use of job portals, and ensuring clear communication with candidates and internal stakeholders. The role supports timely hiring while maintaining a positive and user-friendly candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

Handle full-cycle recruitment for hospitality positions (front office, housekeeping, F&B, kitchen, management, etc.)

Coordinate and maintain tie-ups with recruitment consultancies and manpower agencies

Source candidates through

job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and job fairs

Be

user-friendly and proficient with job portals

for posting jobs, screening profiles, and database management Conduct initial screening interviews and coordinate further interview rounds Maintain strong communication with candidates throughout the hiring process Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower requirements Support bulk hiring, seasonal hiring, and urgent staffing needs Prepare offer letters and assist with onboarding formalities Maintain recruitment trackers and HR records Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field 1-5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in hospitality or service industry

Good communication skills (verbal and written)

Strong coordination skills with consultants and internal teams Hands-on experience with

job portals and ATS systems

Ability to manage high-volume recruitment Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Preferred Experience

Hospitality industry recruitment experience Experience working with multiple consultancies Knowledge of local labor laws and hiring practices
Work Environment

Fast-paced hospitality setting Flexible working hours based on operational requirements

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
