About The Eaglets (Hurlad)

HURLAD by the Eaglets is a marketing and advertising firm in its initial phases of growth. We specialize in cafes and packaged perishable items. HURLAD follows a trio workflow:
1. Research and branding- It includes an in-depth analysis of the competitors and their growth graph, strengthening it with mused-over visual branding.
2. Content production- Creating exhilarating visual content and design to excite the targeted audience's psyche.
3. Brand marketing- By promoting the brand's services in a way that elevates the brand as a whole, involving media planning, media designs, and brand strategies.

For now, it's not about the financial growth, it's more about giving actual marketing feel to the budding cafes and the brands following the same genre.

About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Research, track, maintain and update the leads
2. Make outgoing calls to develop new business
3. Contact prospects to qualify leads
4. Direct email marketing to key clients and prospects
5. Research and maintain a lead generation database
6. Maintain communications and PR with potential clients
7. Work directly with the communications head
8. Contribute to hiring and recruiting talent
9. Create and implement effective onboarding plans
10. Explore training and development programs to upskill team members
11. Implement initiatives related to culture, performance, recognition, and policies to create an excellent work culture and environment

Additional information:

1. Stipend is INR 5,000/- fixed + incentives (the candidate has to bring 5 sales leads in a month; for every sale beyond 5 clients, the candidate will receive INR 1,000 per client)
2. This is a very early-stage startup with the opportunity to create HR processes and learn all the different functions of HR

Additional Information
