Human Resource Recruiter

to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate should be confident, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and have hands-on experience with sourcing candidates using job portals and Boolean search techniques.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions Source candidates through

Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri

, and other platforms Perform effective

Boolean searches

to identify suitable candidates Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews Coordinate interviews with hiring managers Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience Assist with onboarding and documentation of selected candidates

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong verbal and written communication skills Confident personality with excellent interpersonal skills 1-3 years of experience as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition role Hands-on experience with

Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri

, and Boolean search techniques Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets Good organizational and time-management skills Immediate joiner preferred
