Requirements : Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases Experience with sourcing techniques Understanding of referral programs Solid verbal and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues Location: Dehradun Required: Android cell, laptop, WhatsApp, SIM with good network and data plan will provide by the company Should be there in the office when needed.
