Job Description


We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resource Recruiter with a specialization in non-IT recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates across various non-IT domains using popular job portals such as Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri, and other relevant platforms. This role will play a crucial part in building a talented and diverse workforce for our organization. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute recruitment strategies tailored to non-IT positions to attract high-quality talent. Sourcing: Utilize online job portals, professional networks, and other sourcing methods to identify and attract potential candidates. Screening: Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidates\' suitability for specific roles. Interviewing: Conduct in-depth interviews, technical assessments (if applicable), and reference checks for shortlisted candidates. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, reflecting our company\'s values. Offer Management: Extend offers, negotiate compensation packages, and assist in the onboarding process. Data Analysis: Maintain recruitment data, analyze hiring metrics, and provide regular reports on recruitment activities. Compliance: Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations in India, ensuring all hiring practices are compliant. Payroll Calculation: The key components such asemployee information, record keeping,payroll compliance, payroll reports, calculating gross pay etc. Qualifications:

  • 3+ experience as an HR Manager with a strong focus on non-IT recruitment.
  • Write recruitment advertisements for posting on social networking sites. In-depth knowledge of recruitment platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri, and other recruiting sources etc.
  • Strong understanding of the Indian job market and industry trends.
  • Exceptional interviewing, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills, and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree is a plus).
  • Relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, NHRD) are advantageous.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Strong decision-making skills.
