- Knowledge of recruitment resources.
- Responsible for HR management, appointments & Administration.
- Should be able to find the right candidate via various modes of recruitment or social media platform.
- Communicate with these candidates and find out the eligible candidate .
- Find out problem of the mismatch between the hr response (recruitment platform) and the office requirements .
- Find out solutions to the HR recruitment process.
- Day to day follow up of the HR activity in the office and timely find solution to the problem and fulfillment of the vacancy.
