Role & Responsibilities:- 1. Talent Acquisition \xc2\xb7 Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, including identifying talent sources, screening, conducting interviews, and extending offers to candidates. \xc2\xb7 Supervise and coordinate new employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs to ensure a smooth integration into the organization. 2. Process Management \xc2\xb7 Maintain accurate and confidential personnel records, including personal information, leave records, and other relevant data in both physical files and electronic databases, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational requirements. \xc2\xb7 Monitor and record employee attendance and leave, addressing any discrepancies or issues as needed 3. Performance Appraisal Processes \xc2\xb7 Administer employee benefits, compensation, and performance management systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations \xe2\x80\x93 Within the stipulated appraisal cycle timelines. 4. Employee Motivation \xc2\xb7 Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems to support the overall strategic objectives of the organization. \xc2\xb7 Address and resolve employee relations issues in a timely and professional manner, including conducting investigations and implementing appropriate solutions. \xc2\xb7 Plan, support & execute employee benefit & brand events (internal & external), including vendor identification and coordination 5. Skills & education requirements Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel as well as other relevant software. Excellent communication skills in English, including both verbal and written communication. Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to work effectively in a team environment. Prior experience in HR functions and familiarity with HR systems and processes will be considered a plus. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: Up to \xe2\x82\xb9400,000.00 per year Benefits:
