Job Title: Human Resource Manager and Trainer Job Overview:
VINITAS Hair & Makeup, a leading salon and cosmetics manufacturing company with three branches in Madurai and Sivakasi, is seeking a dynamic and proactive Human Resource Manager and Training Specialist to join our team. With over 60 employees across our establishments, this role plays a vital part in talent acquisition, training, and compliance management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:

• Conduct regular hiring campaigns and recruitment drives.
• Visit areas and villages to identify potential candidates for hairstylists, spa therapists, customer care executives, and other positions as per the company\'s requirements.
• Ensure thorough screening and selection processes to identify suitable candidates.
• Develop and implement innovative hiring strategies to attract top talent.

2. Training and Development:

• Design and manage soft skills training programs for existing and new staff to enhance their performance and customer service skills.

3. Compliance Management:

• Handle ESI, PF, labor statutory compliance, and filing to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.

4. Employee Relations:

• Foster positive employee relations and resolve any employee grievances or conflicts as needed.

5. Language Proficiency:

• Proficiency in English, Tamil, and Hindi is desirable, as it may be required for effective communication with potential candidates and employees.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Proven experience in HR management, recruitment, and training.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of labor laws and compliance procedures.
• Innovative thinking and a proactive approach to hiring and training.
