Responsibilities Design and Implement annual appraisal program for the company based on the AOP, Balanced Score card and company objectives Align staff to business objectives Design and implement best HR practices in the company Recruit the right talent and implement practices to retain and groom talent Plan and implement strategic HR initiatives, including certification for the brand building Review performance of the organization and HR department and provide feedback and corrective actions for manpower productivity and morale Manage Payroll and benefits for employees and other legal compliances Come up with new ways to measure employee morale and determine methods for improving overall employee satisfaction Ensure that the new hire orientation process properly introduces new employees to the corporate culture Develop programs to enhance employee relations and offer employee support to each staff member Deliver compensation and benefit comparison reports to the executive team each month and make recommendations to improve the company\'s current offerings Ensuring HR records are maintained Learning and development planning and management Running disciplinary procedures Ensuring compliance with organizational policy and procedures Qualifications Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree or relevant experience 5+ years\' experience in Human Resources/HRBP role Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies and problem solving and leadership quality Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees Demonstrated establishing HP practices and certifications for brand building of the organization Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills Attention to detail and good judgement Experience in Hospitality industry preferable
