Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
Support onboarding activities for new employees (documentation, induction coordination, etc.).
Help maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
Support the preparation of HR letters, certificates, and other official documents.
Assist in drafting and updating HR policies and procedures.
Provide support in performance appraisal processes and data collection.
Help maintain compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Prepare HR-related reports and presentations as required.
Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records.
Handle employee queries under supervision.
Perform general administrative tasks and provide overall support to the HR team.
