e2Serv Technologies is looking for a young, energetic and talented candidate for the post of Junior HR Generalist role. Experience: 6months to 1year Location: CBD Belapur (Navi Mumbai) Job Profile:
- IT recruitment- sourcing candidates from LinkedIn and Naukri portals.
- Preparing documents like offer letter and Id creation along with appointment letter etc.
- Employee onboarding, joining documentation and exit formalities.
- Organizing employee engagement activities
- Formulate & implement SOP's/HR policy.
- Attendance, leave management and processing payroll.
- Statutory compliances filling.
- Annual employee performance review process.
- Handling admin related work if any.
- Day shift
- CBD Belapur, Thane - 4006014, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
