Job Description

Recruitment & Onboarding

Post job ads, screen resumes, and schedule interviews. Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate with hiring managers. Manage onboarding and induction process for new hires.

Employee Relations

Serve as the point of contact for employee queries and concerns. Help maintain a positive work environment. Support employee engagement and wellness initiatives.

HR Operations & Compliance

Maintain and update employee records in HRMS. Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and internal policies. Assist in preparing HR documents like offer letters, appointment letters, and contracts.

Payroll & Attendance

Coordinate with the finance team for monthly payroll processing. Track attendance, leaves, and update relevant records.

Training & Development

Assist in identifying training needs and organizing sessions. Coordinate performance appraisal processes.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
