Employee Relations
Serve as the point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
Help maintain a positive work environment.
Support employee engagement and wellness initiatives.
HR Operations & Compliance
Maintain and update employee records in HRMS.
Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Assist in preparing HR documents like offer letters, appointment letters, and contracts.
Payroll & Attendance
Coordinate with the finance team for monthly payroll processing.
Track attendance, leaves, and update relevant records.
Training & Development
Assist in identifying training needs and organizing sessions.
Coordinate performance appraisal processes.
