Handling employee attendance, payroll and full & final settlement.
Implementing performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360 evaluations).
Monitoring HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with policies.
Manage employee grievances.
Measure and track employee retention and turnover rates.
Oversee daily HR operations of the Units.
Hiring/ recruitment of Manpower requirements of the units.
Computation of monthly wages and remuneration including compliance of PF, ESIC, Labour Welfare Law etc.
Maintenance of statutory registers, quarterly and yearly returns of labour department and health cards of food handlers.
Education:
Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
HR: 2 year (Preferred)
Payroll management: Experience of 2 years using IDine software
