Job Summary



The HR Executive will be responsible for

end-to-end HR operations

, including

recruitment, onboarding, salary processing, statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Factory Act), employee records, and exit formalities

. The role ensures smooth HR functioning and legal compliance while supporting organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Hiring



Handle

end-to-end recruitment

for all levels (staff, supervisors, executives). Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements. Post job openings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and follow up. Issue

offer letters and appointment letters

. Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports.

2. Onboarding & Joining Formalities



Manage complete

joining process

of new employees. Collect and verify documents (Aadhar, PAN, bank details, certificates). Conduct

HR induction and policy briefing

. Create employee files (physical & digital). Update attendance, payroll, and statutory records.

3. Payroll & Salary Processing



Prepare and process

monthly salary

based on attendance, leaves, and policies. Coordinate with accounts for salary disbursement. Handle

salary slips, deductions, advances, and final settlements

. Maintain confidentiality of salary data.

4. PF, ESI & Statutory Compliance



Manage

PF & ESI registration, monthly returns, and challans

. Ensure timely submission of statutory payments. Handle PF withdrawals, UAN activation, and employee queries. Maintain compliance under

Factory Act / Shops & Establishment Act

. Coordinate with consultants and government authorities if required.

5. Factory Act / Labour Law Compliance



Maintain registers as per

Factory Act & Labour Laws

. Ensure compliance with working hours, overtime, leaves, and wages. Assist in inspections and audits by labour authorities. Maintain records related to attendance, leave, and wages.

6. Employee Relations & HR Operations



Address employee queries related to HR policies, salary, PF, and attendance. Support disciplinary actions, warnings, and policy implementation. Assist in employee engagement and welfare activities. Maintain HR MIS and reports.

7. Exit Formalities & Full & Final Settlement



Manage

resignation, notice period, and exit interviews

. Ensure proper handover and clearance process. Prepare

Full & Final settlement

. Handle PF exit formalities and documentation. Maintain exit records and reports.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
