Source candidates:
Find potential applicants through various methods, such as professional networks (like LinkedIn), job boards, social media, colleges, and community services.
Screen and vet applicants:
Review resumes and conduct initial screenings (often via phone or video) to assess candidates' qualifications and experience.
Coordinate interviews:
Schedule interviews and manage the logistics between candidates and the hiring team.
Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS):
Maintain a database of candidates and keep records organized.
Extend and negotiate offers:
Communicate job offers to selected candidates and manage the negotiation process for salary and benefits.
