We are looking for a dynamic and tech-savvy HR professional with an engineering background to support our human resource processes. The ideal candidate should be analytical, detail-oriented, and interested in combining technology and HR to drive organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, coordination, onboarding).
Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and HRMS systems.
Coordinate employee engagement, training, and development activities.
Help implement HR automation tools and optimize workflows.
Support payroll processing and benefits administration.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
Required Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good understanding of HR processes and data management.
Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidentia
Preferred Qualifications:
B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Mechanical, or related field.
Additional certification or training in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM, HR Analytics, HRM course).
