Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviews & onboarding).
Maintain employee records, attendance & HR documentation.
Handle payroll coordination, leaves & performance management support.
Assist in employee engagement, training & development initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company HR policies and labor laws.
Import-Export Marketing:
Research and identify new international markets & potential clients.
Develop and execute marketing strategies for export promotion.
Coordinate with overseas buyers, handle inquiries & maintain client relations.
Support in documentation for import-export operations (LC, invoices, shipping docs).
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to boost global presence.
Collaborate with internal teams to align sales, marketing & logistics.
Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration / International Business / HR Management (preferred).
Strong knowledge of HR processes & basic labor law compliance.
Understanding of import-export documentation & international marketing.
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) and negotiation ability.
Proficiency in MS Office & familiarity with CRM/HR software is a plus.
Ability to multitask and manage both HR & Marketing responsibilities effectively.
