Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Onboarding



Source, screen, and recruit candidates for field operations, trading, logistics, finance, sales and admin roles. Conduct interviews, issue offer letters, and manage joining formalities. Plan and execute onboarding and induction programs.

Employee Engagement & Administration



Manage employee attendance, leave records, and HR documentation. Act as point of contact for employee queries and grievance handling. Support employee motivation programs and welfare initiatives, especially for field and warehouse staff.

Payroll & Compliance



Coordinate with finance for monthly payroll processing. Maintain statutory compliance records (EPF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, Shops and Establishment Act). Ensure proper documentation for audits as per labor laws related to trading and warehousing operations.

Performance & Training



Assist in goal-setting and periodic performance reviews. Identify skill gaps and arrange training sessions for trading, procurement, and operational teams.

HR Reporting & Policy Implementation



Maintain HRMS records and prepare regular HR reports (hiring status, attrition, manpower planning). Support policy development tailored to agriculture trading operations and field team dynamics.

Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelor's/Master's degree in HRM, Business Administration, or related field. 3-7 years of HR experience; exposure to trading, supply chain or agriculture sector or livestock feed industry preferred. Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR operational processes. Proficiency in MS Office / HRMS software. Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
