Work closely with business leaders to understand organizational goals and design HR strategies accordingly.
Support workforce planning, talent forecasting, and organizational design initiatives.
Analyze HR metrics (attrition, performance, engagement) and recommend actionable solutions.
2. Talent Management & Development
Drive the performance management process: goal setting, mid-year reviews, annual appraisals.
Identify skill gaps and support the implementation of learning & development programs.
Facilitate succession planning and leadership development initiatives.
3. Employee Relations & Engagement
Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, workplace issues, and conflict resolution.
Mediate sensitive cases while ensuring fairness, documentation, and policy compliance.
Lead engagement surveys, action planning, and team-building activities.
4. Policy, Compliance & HR Governance
Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and ethical standards.
Create, update, and communicate HR policies & SOPs.
Partner with legal teams on disciplinary actions, inquiries, and compliance matters.
5. Compensation & Benefits
Support salary benchmarking, internal parity, and job evaluations.
Participate in annual compensation cycles (increments, bonuses).
Educate employees on benefits, leave policies, and wellness programs.
6. Recruitment & Onboarding Support
Partner with TA teams to ensure quality hiring aligned with business needs.
Participate in interviews when needed for key roles.
Oversee seamless onboarding experience and assimilation of new employees
