Meeting Business heads and understanding Manpower requirements and sharing the same to the TA Team to close the Hiring. . Informing the TA team for replacement positions on time to close. . Maintaining Status reports of each Open requirement. . Collecting performance inputs from managers for monthly and quarterly with ratings and VP Amount. . Having the discussion with low performer employees along with the manager and providing support to improve performance. . Connecting with New Joiners to support him on BU Induction and role alignment to have better experience and achieve the targets/results. . Probation Confirmation meetings with manager and employee to complete the process in the system. . Attendance / Leave management for all employees in BU. . Monthly Payroll Inputs of respective BU to close with Payroll Team . Having Exit Interviews and closing the system level exit action by LWD of the employee and sharing to FNF Process. . Maintaining Employee data/records at system level with 100%accurate . Employee connect and stakeholder management . Handling R&R process for the BU basis metrics on Quarterly basis . Ensuring ID & Visiting cards inputs to the admin team shared on 1st day of employee join and ensure employee getting on priority. . Identifying Training Needs & Inputs from the managers for the specific BU. .
