A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
At least 5 years of related work experience
3+ years of experience managing Marketing Automation/CRM tool - HubSpot
3+ years of experience working directly with sales/marketing teams to gather stakeholder requirements and understand the business needs of those teams
Basic proficiency or working knowledge of HTML and CSS
High motivation and the ability to work easily in both large team environments and independently
Experience using data to analyze and solve problems
Process minded, able to generate refined output from general concepts
Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, SQL and other database applications
Ability to interact effectively with people from different cultures
Ability to build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
