Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Publish daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports
  • Perform analysis on projects delegated and share inputs with the Team Leader / Line Manager and Stakeholders
  • Identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
  • Suggest various corrective and preventive, strategic and tactical actions to improve the health, relevance and accuracy of data
  • Maintain various datasets
  • Identify gaps in the processes and highlight it to the Team Leader / Line Manager
  • Provide ideas and suggestions in improving the process & support the documenting of new procedures
  • Functional UAT testing of associated support systems when needed
  • Business research and analysis
  • Analyse, interpret and ratify CRM business requests in terms of providing clarity and conversion into specific actions and activities for the \xe2\x80\x9cOffshore\xe2\x80\x9d team or for reassignment to other referral groups.
  • Help design and manage the REP\xe2\x80\x99s repetitive training function for the team
  • Provide a QA function to the team
  • Design UAT scenarios for the CRM Admin Function and any delegated/allocated business processes, followed by executing the resulting tests and publishing the results.
  • Help identify system and process defects and document accordingly.
  • Help design data outputs for analysis\xe2\x80\x9d of data from the CRM system.
  • Present and demonstrate processes and functionality (as appropriate to the role\xe2\x80\x99s area of practice) to a mixed audience as and when may be required.
  • Provide training or education in relationship to CRM to help the support and user community to maximise the benefits from the CRM system.
  • Liaise with IT support teams as and when necessary.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in any discipline
Skills:
  • Highly self-driven in managing own portfolio and assigned responsibilities with accuracy
  • Strong research & assessing skills
  • Technical competency to do complex work independently
  • Eye for detail to identify process gaps, conduct RCA and suggest workable solutions to mitigate the same
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines
  • Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
