We are looking for a Hub Spot Admin to join our team at Urban Living. As a Hub Spot Admin, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Hub Spot CRM platform. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience in Hub Spot administration. The role is based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India and is a full-time position.

• Proficiency in managing and customizing Hub Spot CRM

• Manage and administer the Hub Spot CRM platform, ensuring the system is optimized for our business needs
• Create and maintain custom fields, reports, and dashboards in Hub Spot CRM
• Develop and implement sales and marketing processes in Hub Spot CRM
• Train and support sales and marketing teams on Hub Spot CRM usage
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Hub Spot CRM
• Monitor and analyze CRM data to provide insights and recommendations for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Hub Spot CRM with other business systems
• Stay up-to-date with Hub Spot CRM updates and new features
• Maintain data integrity and ensure data accuracy in Hub Spot CRM
