Candidate should have15-23years of experience in HRO Service Delivery and Transformation with a strong project track record and demonstrated P&L contribution to sales. Ensure best in class and noiseless service delivery by establishing robust operational governance and meeting contractual deliverables Be a true client partner, understand client priorities and align engagement growth plans in line with the client objectives. Drive continuous improvement and transformation programs at the global level Create a culture of innovation and focus on high level of employee engagement Building the new foundations, strengthening the value proposition and articulating the unique business value Strong customer orientation, decision making, problem solving, communication and presentation skills Strong executive presence and entrepreneurial spirit Superb leadership and team building skills with ability to build consensus and achieve goals through collaboration rather than direct line authority A Bachelor\'s degree is required Primary Skills A positive, results oriented style, evidenced by listening, motivating, delegating, influencing, and monitoring the work being done Ensure implementation of best practices in the areas of People, Process, Technology, and Controls in conjunction with the Practice Teams (Process and Technology). Manages contractualre-negotiations to protect business interests while at the same time maintaining customer satisfaction. Manage the talent pipeline within the team in conjunction with the Practice to ensure organization resilience on a short, medium, and long-term basis Drive Account Development.
