Be a part of the founding HR team for a hyper-growth conglomerate Design the HR process infrastructure from scratch and lead HRMS execution Own HR core system (DarwinBox), as well as the pan-organisation HR tech landscape ensuring the overall HR system view and features Drive and manage structural policy, processes, and procedures related to the HRMS, as well as organisational headcount policy, position management guide, process, user HR system access guide, etc. Oversee HRMS governance ensuring impact analysis, outcomes, investments needed, and interventions required Oversee HR data management policy, design, governance, and catalogue/ playbook, harmonising and aligning various HR employee data fields Ensure comprehensive, accurate, and organisational understanding of employee data is required to effectively run the business and optimize the productivity of its workforce Ensure the integration of new technologies and initiatives into data standards and structures Ensure data privacy, establish security standards an audit Ensure data access authorizations in accordance with privacy controls Define and implement organizational standard reports The Successful Applicant The ideal candidate should carry: - 5+ years of experience in HRMS implementation and administration, preferably for software like DarwinBox/Workday/SuccessFactors - Strong command of HR operation processes and proven experience in HR transformation - Ability to navigate through a complex/matrix organization structure to pick up priorities across various lines - Help in shaping the organizational culture through the means of HR technology What\'s on Offer Be a part of the founding HR team for a hyper-growth conglomerate Design the HR process infrastructure from scratch and lead HRMS execution Market competitive pay
