About the client: PSS has been mandated to hire an HR Business Partner (HRBP) for a well-established and global leader in the Pharmaceutical space. Key Responsibilities This is a new position in the organization. This position reports to the CHRO and will involve working closely with senior stakeholders in the organization. The position will be responsible for all aspects of HR for the given function and ensure they are aligned with the business goals. Responsibilities will include Talent Acquisition & Talent Management, Employee Engagement & Communication, HR Operations, Performance Management, Organization Design, Learning & Development, Compensation and Benefits. The individual needs to have proven work experience as an HR business partner, excellent communication and people management skills, and Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Educational Qualifications & Experience An MBA from a Premier institute will be preferred. Around 12 -15 years of work experience.
