Job Purpose:
HRBP Manager (PMS) typically involves managing and improving an organization\'s approach to assessing and enhancing employee and organizational performance. This role aims to optimize employee performance, productivity, and engagement by conducting reviews of all the employees based on their KRA and KPI to identify performance gaps and implement strategies to enhance individual and team effectiveness. The HRBP Manager (PMS) is critical in supporting the organization\'s growth and success by ensuring employees are equipped with the tools, feedback, and development opportunities needed to excel in their roles.
Job Duties:
Developing and implementing performance review procedures, timelines, and documentation to ensure a consistent and fair evaluation process across the organization.
Analyzing performance data and trends to identify areas of strength and improvement at the individual and organizational levels.
Managing the process of evaluating employee performance based on their KRA and KPIs may include setting objectives, conducting assessments, and collecting feedback from supervisors, peers, and subordinates.
Assisting in delivering performance feedback to employees, offering guidance on improvement strategies, and addressing questions or concerns.
Ensuring performance review practices adhere to relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
Collaborating with managers to develop performance improvement plans for employees failing to meet expectations and monitor progress towards their goals.

Required Qualifications:
Education: MBA Degree.
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Performance Management.
