Urgent Opening for HRBP- Human Resources Business Partner. Location- Chennai/Trichy/Bangalore Experience - 3 - 5 Years Industry - ITES/IT/International BPO/KPO Budget - 6 - 6.5 LPA Shift- Night Shift ( Cabs Facility for Women). - New joiner engagement- Plan and Execute Nesting Planner for New joiner assimilation, engagement and Retention. Connecting with New joiners, establishing rapport, driving Policy awareness, handle grievances, attendance for the first 60-90 days. Control early attrition and voluntary attrition, ensuring 90% of joiners are retained . Work closely with Trainers and Line managers , Track absenteeism on 3 days continuous absent employee, Initiate absconding formalities inline with policy Publish daily/weekly/monthly dash boards and insights to DU leaders and stakeholders on the engagement, exit status Plan & Execute various employee engagement activities. Drive Amber awareness and participation. Meeting Amber PTM connects & closure on time. Employee exit management and related approvals on time in Oracle fusion.
