Key Responsibilities

Manage onshore onboarding and orientation processes. Update employee information and maintain accurate HR records. Conduct training sessions for onsite employees. Address employee queries related to policies, payroll inputs, and benefits. Support audits and ensure compliance with US HR requirements. Assist with additional HR operations as needed.

Requirements

Mandatory:

Any graduate degree.

Mandatory:

5-7 years of experience in US/UK HR shared services and operations. Strong English communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidentiality. Willingness to work night shifts (10:30 PM to 7:30 AM), Monday to Friday. Only immediate joiners and candidates from Trivandrum or nearby locations will be considered.
Salary - 30K to 50K
