Job Description

Needs assessment:

Identify skill gaps and training needs across departments through collaboration with management and performance analysis.

Program design and development:

Create and produce training courses, materials (manuals, presentations, e-learning modules), and content that meet employee and organizational needs.

Training delivery:

Conduct training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching for new and existing employees.

Logistics and management:

Schedule training sessions, manage the training calendar, and ensure programs stay within budget.

Evaluation and reporting:

Measure the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance tracking, then report findings to senior management.

Onboarding:

Manage and deliver the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the company.

Compliance and guidance:

Ensure training programs cover necessary compliance topics and provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures.

Continuous improvement:

Stay updated on the latest training trends, technologies, and best practices to improve future programs.
