Job Title: HR Trainee Reports To: HR Manager or HR Supervisor Job Summary: The HR Trainee will assist the HR department in various tasks and projects, gaining practical experience in HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and administrative tasks. This role is designed to provide training and development for individuals interested in pursuing a career in human resources. Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment Support
• Assist with posting job openings on various job boards and company career websites.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate interview logistics.
• Assist with reference checks and background screenings.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems.
• Conduct orientation sessions and tours for new employees.
• Employee Relations
• Assist in maintaining employee records and databases.
• Support in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
• Training and Development
• Assist in coordinating training programs and workshops.
• Prepare training materials and schedules.
• Monitor and track employee training progress.
• Administrative Tasks
• Assist with filing and document management

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree
• MBA in HR (Fresher)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
