Description
Position: HR Trainee
Education: Graduated or pursuing Masters

Job Location: Okhla, Delhi
Desired Candidate Skills:
- Support of departmental representatives in HR questions.
- Coordination of applicants, conduction of job interviews and preparation of following steps
- Introduction of new staff into their work environment.
- Support in the handling of the employees' payment.
- Conducting research about best practices and current salaries on the respective market.
- Assistance in the employee evaluation and processing of employees' issues.
- Maintaining a healthy communication system towards the employees
: Assisting departments with their recruitment needs through liaison with agencies/ advertisers. Coordinating prospective candidates, interviewing them and administering offers. Conducting inductions of new staff. Participating in the collection of market salary information for the annual review
Shift Timings: 10 am to 6 pm
Salary Offerings: 10 % hike on current CTC
Gender Preference: Female Only
