. The role involves sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding talented beauty and wellness professionals, ensuring that our salon teams are staffed with skilled and customer-focused individuals.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in
end-to-end recruitment
of salon staff (stylists, beauticians, therapists, receptionists, makeup artists, etc.).
Screen resumes
and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Coordinate and conduct
initial interviews
and schedule final interviews.
Support in
reference checks
and
background verification
.
Maintain a
candidate database
for current and future hiring needs.
Liaise with
training teams
to ensure new hires receive orientation and grooming standards.
Track and report
recruitment metrics
(time-to-hire, joining ratio, etc.).
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in
Human Resources / Business Administration
or equivalent.
Interest in building a career in
HR recruitment
.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
