We are looking for an HR Trainee to join our dynamic team in Ernakulam. - Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Support the performance appraisal process, including data collection, analysis, and report preparation.
- Help in the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Maintain and organize HR-related documents and records.
- Assist in HR compliance and policy implementation.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- Female candidates are given more preference
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiastic and willing to learn about various HR functions.
- Basic knowledge of HR practices and principles.
