Brief Role : Trainee - HR ( Talent Acquisition) for a Leading German MNC Sourcing candidates through various sources like Job Portals, References, placement agency Do first level interview before presenting candidates for 2nd round of interview Handle the entire recruitments cycle Prepare offer and negotiate with the candidates Take care of on boarding activities Give Induction training Do necessary administrative formalities for new joineeSalary:INR 2, 00, 000 - 3, 00, 000 P.A Industry:Chemicals / PetroChemical / Plastic / Rubber Functional Area:HR , Recruitment , Administration , IR Role Category:Other Role:Trainee Desired Candidate Profile Education- UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization PG:MBA/ PGDM - Any Specialization, HR/ Industrial Relations Doctorate:Doctorate Not Required Any graduate with MBA in HR He/ she should be cooperative and supportive by nature Interpersonal skills; assertiveness, optimism and a sensible attitude are essential Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
