- Support the team in ensuring a great employee and candidate experience at all times and support in all People Operations & Administration activities.
- Support the HR team in on-boarding formalities for new joiners.
- Execute the employee engagement activities.
- Hire internship trainees and take care of the environment.
- HR Trainee will Manage the internship team.
- Previous client interactions and collecting feedback.
- internship recruiting and on boarding to off boarding process.
- Training and Development.
- excellent communication in English.
- Female candidates preferred.
- Degree in business, human resource management or MBA in HR.
- Ability to communicate and convince effectively with people throughout the organization .
- Strong interpersonal and listening.
- Motivation to constantly learn and develop the own knowledge and skills.
