Job Overview The HR Systems and Workforce Analytics teams manage TE\'s HR Technology. They build, implement and continuously improve global HR systems, data, reporting and analytics platform. They also develop custom reports to meet business requirements, monitor HR systems and analytics needs and provide technology and analytics solutions by designing new or modifying existing systems. Roles And Responsibilities RESPONSIBILITIES Act as a Point of Contact for HR systems architecture & assigned data engineering duties. Seek to understand data engineering opportunities. Scope, Prioritize and Capture clear Statements of Work. DATA PIPELINE MANAGEMENT Create data pipeline backlog ensuring clarity in purpose Design with the customer in mind seeking to deliver usable data models. Work with BI and Data Scientists to deliver workable data models SKILLS Bachelor\'s degree (or equivalent) advanced degree preferred. Typically requires minimum of 10+ years of HRIS experience or experience in data management and visualization tools 3-to-5 years\' knowledge of BI tools and concepts. 3-to-5 years\' experience in data modeling and/or data pipeline management. 3-to-5 years\' experience using ETL, ELT tools. 3-to-5 years\' experience using MuleSoft, Informatica or Talend. Expert in data modeling, data pipelines and data management. Effective in translating requirements into workable data models. Experience in using Tableau, Power BI or related BI tools. Experience in working with SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM platforms, etc. Experience in working with SAP Cloud ALM Experience with Cloudera, AWS or other data lake platforms.
