Payroll Management (Hotel Workforce)
Process monthly payroll for all hotel employees including F&B, Housekeeping, Front Office, Kitchen, and Admin staff.
Maintain attendance, duty rosters, biometric reports, overtime, and weekly-off records.
Ensure accurate calculation of service charge distribution (if applicable).
Handle statutory compliance such as PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, and payroll-related audits.
Manage salary revisions, increment letters, arrears, and full & final settlements for staff and trainees.
Coordinate with Finance and Department Heads for payroll accuracy and timely submissions.
HR Operations
Support recruitment, onboarding & offboarding of hotel staff across all departments.
Maintain updated employee files, ID cards, HRMS entries, and documentation.
Assist in managing employee engagement activities, welfare programs, and communication.
Address employee queries related to salary, attendance, leaves, and benefits.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, statutory norms, and brand standards.
Maintain HR reports and dashboards for management review.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Commerce, or Hotel Management preferred.
2-4 years of HR experience in the
hotel industry
, with strong exposure to payroll.
Solid understanding of hotel rosters, overtime practices, and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in HRMS/payroll systems and MS Excel.
Strong communication, confidentiality, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multi-shift hotel operations and diverse workforce requirements.
