Assist in sourcing, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates for various hotel departments.
Coordinate onboarding, induction, and orientation programs for new employees.
Maintain employee files and records.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Act as the first point of contact for staff queries and grievances.
Promote a positive work environment through employee engagement activities.
Ensure discipline, grooming, and behavioral standards are maintained as per company policy.
HR Administration & Compliance
Maintain HRMS records, attendance, and leave management.
Support payroll processing by sharing attendance and leave data accurately.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, ESI, PF, and statutory requirements.
Training & Development
Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and performance appraisals.
Identify training needs in consultation with HODs.
Monitor employee performance and suggest development plans.
Reporting & Coordination
Prepare HR-related reports for management (attrition, headcount, manpower planning).
Coordinate with different departments for manpower needs and HR initiatives.
Support the HR Manager in audits and HR projects.
