- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Supervising the day-to-day HR operational tasks.
- Hiring, mentoring, and developing the HR team.
- Ensuring HR-related statutory compliances.
- Bridging management and employee relations.
- Managing the recruitment process.
- Planning and implementing internal engagement activities.
- Handling misc. admin tasks.
- Maintaining and updating the processes and procedures documents for your role.
- Gaining departmental as well as domain knowledge to grow into this role.
