Description: As a TA Sourcer, you are responsible for delivery of excellence throughout the candidate sourcing process in individual assignments and larger scale recruitment projects. The role will serve as a dedicated resource to build and manage our India candidate pipelines. The Sourcer will play a key role in our recruitment strategy and efforts as they help to build a strong pipeline of talent through innovative and proactive search techniques You are accountable for the quality of candidate sourcing that meet the needs of Hiring Manager, the role. You will have a strong focus on direct sourcing and will understand how to effectively leverage the employer brand and understanding of the opportunity to screen and attract top talent. Your focus will be to deliver a positive and professional hiring experience for candidates and hiring managers. Education & Experience: . Minimum 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition Sourcing process. . Strong knowledge in sourcing - searching, head hunting, screening, convincing, different methods of mining CV/resumes. . Proven capability using recruiting technologies (ATS and CRMs) and direct sourcing tools and techniques . Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office . Good knowledge in using LinkedIn (Search, Advance Search, Job Posting, In-Email, etc.) . Must ensure smooth functioning of the sourcing process while complying with the relevant procedures and policy guidelines. . Compliance on the code of conduct, integrity & data privacy. . Should be able to source for business critical/ niche requirement by putting up an effective sourcing plan. . Role will need to stay updated on Recruitment needs, trends & methodologies in the market. . Previous experience candidate sourcing within a global organization preferably within healthcare, medical technology or pharmaceutical sector . Previous experience working in a transformative environment with an ability to deal effectively with multiple, potentially conflicting priorities and ambiguity
