Educational Requirements

Mandatory:

  • University degree, majoring in HR or Business Administration
Desirable:
  • MBA with specialization in HR or equivalent
Experience

Mandatory:
  • Minimum 10 years of related experience in HR
  • Very good understanding of Employee life cycle and operational HR processes
  • Experience in continuous improvement methods & data analysis
  • Hands on experience / exposure to HR tools and Digital HR
Desirable:
  • Experience in working in HR Shared Service environment, driven by KPIs and delivery schedules
  • Knowledge on various HRMS platforms, analytical tools and Reporting would be an added advantage

Project management:
  • Run regular fit-gap analysis and FTE sizing to ensure HRGS is properly staffed and skilled to delivery on commitments
  • Build and lead mitigation action plans as per the identified gaps (process knowledge and/or competencies & skills)
  • Identify improvement opportunities and build HRGS continuous improvement roadmap
  • Lead the deployment of new tools, functionalities (e.g. deployment of new ticketing system) in close collaboration with HRGS teams and HRIS inc. ensuring staff is properly trained on the new tools
  • Identify and implement ongoing customer satisfaction measurement mechanism
  • Perform root cause analyses, identify obstacles, and support resolution during implementation
  • Design an internal audit methodology and framework to ensure HRGS is fully compliant to the new processes and policies
  • Design and implement a knowledge management platform
  • Supports the development and implementation of the APAC HRGS strategy
  • Ad-hoc requests, consolidation, and executive summaries
  • Prepare and facilitate workshops incl. MoM and action plans
Change management:
  • Design and lead a cultural transformation plan based on agility across all areas of HRGS (people, processes and tools)
  • Coordinate the deployment of cultural transformation initiatives in close collaboration the HRGS leadership team
  • Establish future HRGS agile operating model ( incl. new organization E2E, way of working, etc )
  • Facilitate change management & problem solving workshops
