HR Services Specialist - Compensation & Performance

You will be working as HR Specialist FTC will be reporting to Global HR Service Line Lead, C&B and will be a part of GBS located in Bangalore, India. In this role you will be primarily responsible for ensuring a high degree of customer experience by committing to a complete, accurate and timely completion of HR transactions. He/she supports the globally set standards for GBS HR Operations and ensures that the local legal and regulatory requirements are adhered to the respective business processes in a HR Operations Front Office or Hub

Your responsibilities

• Managing Compensation and Benefits administration and production worker sales incentive calculation
• Assisting in driving annual compensation processes and working on ERP platform SAP-HR
• Ensuring appropriate service delivery support for internal stakeholders and oversee accurate and timely processing of information with all stakeholders
• Ensuring execution and delivery of Compensation and Benefits services according to defined Service Level Agreements and communicating information regarding policies and standards on compensation
• and benefits to internal stakeholders as needed
• Preparing information and documents for external authorities for audit purposes and capturing data related to Compensation and Benefits into appropriate systems as necessary
• Demonstrating proficiency in MS - Office, organizing and coordination and analytic skills and guiding or mentoring and supporting other team members in meeting the SLAs, who are not in reporting structure
• Recommending enhancements and simplification of existing Compensation and Benefits processes and procedures based on experience with stakeholders

Your background

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in any stream
• 5-8 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits from a reputed organization
• Having experience in HR Shared Services for a Global Company will be an added advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office, along with organizing, coordinating and analytical skills
• Good communication skills
