• Managing activities pertaining to recruitment, salary negotiations & induction.
• Interfacing with vendors & other channel thereby attaining the pre set recruitment targets.
• Implementing the best practice in line thereby ensuring achievement of Company Goal.
• Initiating Employee HR Policies including induction, grievance handling & MIS generation.
• Screening & sourcing of resumes as well as conducting HR interviews.
• Identifying & resolving HR related issues; Preparing MIS reports for daily, Weekly & Monthly work flow.
• Maintaining a detailed database of professionals.
• Releasing offer letters, organizing induction & assisting the new Joinees with various formalities.
• Developing & generating reports thereby assisting various departments in decision making.
• All Labour Department registers / Form maintaining
• EPFO & ESI to all employees maintained.

Recruitment, Resourcing & Development

• Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements.
• Planning human resource requirements in consultation with heads of different functional & operational areas and conducting selection interviews.
• Arranging and reviewing job analysis, job descriptions and human specifications.
• Handling all the functions of employee joining to leaving; Monitoring & analysing Attrition status
• Pay Roll Management
• Accountable for monthly salary processing and issuing pay slips of employees.
• Preparing monthly payroll reports, statutory statements & bank advice statement.
• Obtaining contract labour / interstate migrant / health / fire licenses whenever required. F Renewing the licenses within the expiry of the licenses.
