Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes for mid-to-senior roles Lead onboarding, training, and employee engagement initiatives Ensure HR policies are compliant with local labor laws Act as a point of contact for employee relations and conflict resolution Support performance management and appraisal systems Contribute to strategic HR planning with senior leadership Maintain and manage all employee records, contracts, and HR documentation in compliance with company policy and legal standards. Ensure timely updating of new joiners, exits, and internal transfers in HR databases.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred) Minimum 1-2 years of HR experience in Hotel or Restaurant Industry. Strong understanding of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills Proficient in HRMS tools and Microsoft Office Suite
