HR Manager.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Staffing. Employee Relations. Training & Development. Performance Management. Payroll & Benefits. Manage onboarding and orientation programs.. Source, screen, and interview candidates.. Coordinate with managers for hiring needs..
Requirements:
Knowledge of labor laws & regulations (local & international if applicable). Hands-on experience with HR software/HRMS/ATS systems (e.g., SAP, Workday, BambooHR, Zoho People). Strong understanding of.Recruitment & selection processes/Performance management systems/Payroll and compensation management Familiarity with data analysis and HR metrics (attrition rate, cost per hire, training ROI). Experience in handling compliance, contracts, and HR policies.
